This application stands out for its pleasant, simple, orderly, functional and intuitive interface for easy usability and its compatibility with different operating systems; and the high levels of security, which include a username and a unique four-digit code; and the use of facial or fingerprint recognition to view the results.

With the Amadita App:
• Locate the nearest branch and know its hours, address and facilities.
• Quote, invoice and pay for your tests, at any time, from wherever you are.
• Take a virtual shift, after checking in, to reduce waiting time.
• Know the waiting time to be served at each branch.
• You can request a Home Sample Collection service.
• Take the history of your results, and that of your dependents, always with you.
• Receive notifications of new results.

About Amadita Clinical Laboratory:
Founded in 1959 by Amada Pittaluga de González. It has more than 52 branches strategically located in the Dominican Republic, which have facilities such as: Preferential Shift, Superkids Experience (waiting area and special care for children), Home Sampling Service, Pre-Billing and Virtual Shift, WiFi, Results Kiosk and online results consultation.

Due to the quality certifications, ISO 9001 and ISO 15189, the processes are constantly monitored by international organizations for the validation of process compliance and thus ensuring clinically reliable results. With each action and innovation, the commitment to be an integral partner of well-being and health for people is strengthened.

Ratings and reviews

It needs ro have an option on which you can edit or change a profile, make changes overall without the need to contact amadita. Besides that the app is great, easy to use and saves you time when paying and taking turns at the place.

The overall service provided by the app is good, with a few flaws, like takes to long to access the db where the patient files are located, and sometimes it simply crash and close itself. It saves time you can take a turn virtually.

The app never works, always says the acount inputs are invalid, no matter what you do or how much you correct it your info, it always crashes!
